There is a new tool in the East End’s quest to preserve the remarkable history and historical sites of our beloved Peconic.
A new East End advocacy organization, Peconic Historic Preservation (www.preservepeconic.org) has been created to give local citizens and organizations a vehicle to support community efforts to preserve our past.
The vision of Robert Strada and Michelle Murphy Strada, known for their work in East End historic preservation, restoration & renovation, PHP has obtained a New York State charter and IRS status as a not-for-profit 501c3 corporation, making donations to support East End preservation projects tax deductible.
The Strada’s belief that innovation and collaboration play a major role in successfully preserving historic treasures has been the guiding principle underlying their dedication to the East End of Long Island and the establishment of PHP.
